NOTE: Shipping Costs are not refunded or applied to store credit during exchange process.



If you would like to submit for an exchange of a product you have previously purchased, it is not a problem. We cannot guarantee that the item you wish to purchase after your return will remain in stock by the time we receive your returns, so as a measure to help you purchase future items.



In order for your item to qualify for a return, here are the requirements listed below;


• The item must be sent back to us within 7 days from the date the item was delivered.

• The item must be received in its original condition – unworn (initial try on is acceptable), unwashed, with all tags still attached in their original locations.

• Not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant, bodily fluids,  dirty or foul odor on Garments/fajas are unacceptable please ensure the highest level of care when handling your items while trying on your order.

- Only 1 exchange is allowed per order 

 Items received not in their original state will automatically be returned to the customer, we reserve all rights to rejecting a returned items if we see fit it does not meet the required conditions.

NOTE: Buyers responsible for shipping of all items back and forth to our location, any and all shipping charges are not eligible for store credits/vouchers.

Exchanges/Store credit are processed within 5-10 working days of receiving your item(s)



We always strive to make every transaction the best for our customers to feel satisfied and happy with their purchases, for whatever reason an item is received and is not of the state it should be, we will make the effort to correct it.

If an item is faulty due to manufacturing, we will gladly replace or exchange for store credit/voucher. *Items are not guarantee to remain in stock, if your purchased item is not available we will automatically issue you a store credit/voucher.

We will send you a return label by email for you to return your items.

As soon as we receive your item, we will examine the condition and the fault, upon verification we will issue your replacement whichever applies.




In order for a faulty claim to be issued, you must contact us at: GISELLLUXE@GMAIL.COM 48 hours of receiving your item, if provided after the allotted time, you will be responsible for shipping charges.

Cambios tienen que ser reportados no más tarde de 5 días después de recibir su faja. Debe elegir la talla que se le indica en la pagina  para calificar para un cambio La prenda debe conservar sus etiquetas originales y no haber sido lavada o usada. Debemos recibir su paquete en nuestras instalaciones no más tarde de 10 días después de solicitar un cambio, cualquier paquete recibido después de 10 días no será considerado para cambio. Una vez que nosotros recibamos su producto, se realizará una evaluación exhaustiva y le daremos una respuesta sobre su cambio en un plazo no mayor a 10 días hábiles desde la llegada de su producto en nuestras instalaciones.  El cliente debe pagar el costo de envío, nosotros no nos hacemos responsables por gastos de envío.
